This particular wiki (phpwiki) is terribly broken with respect to user
registration. If you would take a look at the page history of the
aforementioned page, I had initially formatted the whole page in wiki
style. The weird thing is that I had specifically registered with my user
name SandipBhattacharya while reformatting, and my username was visible as
logged in while i was editing the page. However on submission, it seemed
that i was logged only using my IP address.

Apart from this there are several formatting bugs that appeared while i was
reformatting in phpwiki's wiki style.Take a look at the answer of the
question "What are the advantages of Linux". If the second line of the
answer starts with a bullet list, the first line gets formatted like a
definition list or title or something.

While this PHPwiki would do for collecting of content, I would personally
favour a more stable wiki for LI - like twiki or moinmoin. And we would be
copying content manually.
