Hello,
To get your lilo back, do the following steps.
==================
1. Boot with any linux bootable cd with option "linux rescue".
2. mount your linux partition to /tmp using
mount -t ext3 /dev/hdxx /tmp ( where /dev/hdxx is ur linux
partition .. eg :- /dev/hda3 )
3. chroot /tmp
4. lilo
5. Reboot without the bootable cd...
Everything will be alright. :)
