The documentation of most of the packages are installed under 
/usr/share/doc/<package-name-version> directory. Optionally, you can see the list of 
files in the installed package by doing a "rpm -ql <package>", and then see where the 
docs are installed.

JBoss is not shipped with RedHat 9 by default, to my knowledge. You can download it 
from www.jboss.org; it would have the documentation as well.

Both pgSQL and cvs have good documentation in the above mentioned directory. These 
packages are there in RedHat 9, if you haven't installed them, you can install them 
using there rpm in the install CD.
