My sources.list currently points to stable so, if I
append following entry in my /etc/apt/sources.list,

======================</etc/apt/sources.list>========
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main
contrib
======================</etc/apt/sources.list>========

what apt-get should I give so that it installs the
gnome-2.6 along with all required libraries. I want my
complete 2.0 desktop to be replaced with 2.6. Should I
give:
apt-get upgrade gnome*

I hope installing package from unstable will not break
my system.

Regards.
