Hi
When I log off from gnome (fresh install on slackware 10, with the x.org X server), I get
(nautilus:2855): Eel-WARNING **: "nautilus-metafile.c: metafiles" hash table still has 4 elements at quit time (keys above)
--- Hash table keys for warning below: --> file:///home/suresh --> x-nautilus-desktop:/// --> file:///home/suresh/Templates --> file:///home/suresh/Desktop --> file:///home/suresh/.gnome2/nautilus-scripts
(nautilus:2855): Eel-WARNING **: "nautilus-directory.c: directories" hash table still has 5 elements at quit time (keys above)
** (nautilus:2855): WARNING **: Failed to send buffer
** (nautilus:2855): WARNING **: Failed to send buffer
Snippet from my .xinitrc -
# This nag screen isn't going to save anybody. export NAUTILUS_OK_TO_RUN_AS_ROOT=1 metacity & # Start the window manager: exec gnome-session
Now, just how do I prevent nautilus from barfing like this (and occasionally hanging so that I have to kill X with ctrl alt backspace) when I logout from an X session invoked using startx?
