That doesn't seem to work. It's still entering in Emacs mode. Is there a
way to save the options set for further editing.
If so, I was thinking of:
Running emacs,
M-x vip-mode
And do some savings so that the next time it runs in that mode.

I did try this procedure and hit the Option -> Save Settings
But still couldn't accomplish what I was wanting.
