This point is not clear. And I assume [EMAIL PROTECTED] is typo and you meant [EMAIL PROTECTED] 1.Do you mean to say that the user2 is not a system user and it is available with some other auth methods like ldap ? or 2.Is user1 is in your machine say xyz.mydomain.com and user2 is in smtp.mydomain.com ? most probably your case may fall into 2nd case.
