Yeah, I also would like to know if there is a software similar to Copernic Desktop Search software and also Picassa ( A google owned free image searching software) in linux. I used Copernic desktop search and picassa and am really impressed by the power of the two. Ofcourse we have "updatedb" which does a nice job in linux to find files.
