That (and the other stuff) is not an error. It is just fetchmail
telling you that the certificate being used is (a) not issued by a
trusted certificate issuer, and (b) not issued to the server you are
connecting (mail.pavri.net). You can ignore it if you are not paranoid
about man-in-the-middle attacks. Or else, you can dish out some $$$ to
get proper certificates, issued by Verisign or Thawte or whatever.

If you are adventurous, then you can pick up the SSL Certificates
HOWTO and become your own trusted root certifying authority and issue
your certificates yourself :)
