It is just fetchmail telling you that the certificate being used is (a) not issued by a trusted certificate issuer, and (b) not issued to the server you are connecting (mail.pavri.net). You can ignore it if you are not paranoid about man-in-the-middle attacks. Or else, you can dish out some $$$ to get proper certificates, issued by Verisign or Thawte or whatever.
