                                ~~~~~~~~~~
The official version of r-connect software don't work on newer linux
distros and Reliance has also stopped distributing this software
recently. As a result Reliance CDMA phone owners, are forced to use
MS-windows if they wish to access internet using their Reliance CDMA
phones and r-connect service. To get rid of this situation i have
written two small shell scripts which will make it possible to use
r-connect service through their Reliance CDMA phones on any current
distro of linux. These codes are still in alpha stage and and have been
tested with Reliance Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP) only. Detail
installation and usage instruction are available in INSTALL file
included into distribution tarball.
