Or
along with heartbeat you can employ the DRBD software
to replicate the disks of the two boxes. Sort of small
HA cluster, you don't need to spent much money also.
Look at the following page on TkCluster, go through
the article/document on it completely and you will
find a cheap, efficient and a simple solution.
