Binand since /var/spool/mail/rajesh belongs to mail group
I added rajesh to /etc/groups mail group and now the problem is
solved... But how this suddenly cropped up and why is it required
to manually add rajesh in /etc/groups suddenly ?

Before that /usr cp -r stuff everything was working fine...
and these mailboxes are in /var so that should not affect here..

Thanks a lot...

Warm Regards
