Hello,
I have setup my gmail account to forward all the mail from
linux-india mailing list to another email address which has POP3/SMTP
facility. And I use evolution to download & view this mail. Now each
time I want to reply to a mail, I have to login to gmail.com and reply
to the message.
My doubt is this: Is there any way in which I could reply to a
message from Evolution ? I am looking for a SMTP server sort of thing
which I could run on my machine and which could send my mail. Ofcourse
the 'From' header should contain my gmail address else I guess the
mailing list might bounce the email that I send.
How do I go about accomplishing this?
PS: I have sendmail running on my machine by default. Will that be
enough or do I need any other software?
Thanks in advance
Ravi
