Yash, have you been able to connect using this device? I have added a
section on connecting using pppd for FWP at http://www.lug-
delhi.org/ConfiguringNetwork/DialUp/RelianceISP .

The rconnect link that you have given contains a few shell scripts to
run pppd directly. I have extracted the important settings (like modem
init script) in that script to provide a way in which people can connect
using standard tools available in any distribution, eliminating the need
to download that "client".

Can you try the section in the lug-delhi wiki and check?
