Hi All
I have installed Fedora Core 3 and facing problem
with the soundcard. system-config-soundcard works fine
and detects the Intel 810 Audio AC97 codec
snd-intel8x0 module but no sound comes from the
speaker.
lsmod shows me the modules listed. I have even
downloaded the latest ALSA driver compiled and
installed it but the problem remains same.
I found some link regarding the default mute of
mixer so I went and set all sliders to full volume
still it doesn't work.
I also went to modprobe.conf and played with some
combinations as suggested on various websites.
The soundcard is perfect and works fine with WinXP
Any help is highly appreciated.
