Without knowing your exact set up, I cannot solve your problem for
you. You need to do some reading and try and solve it yourself.

2. http://firewall-jay.sourceforge.net/doc.php an easy to use UI on
top of iptables.

3. There are several easy to use dedicated Linux firewalls that also
act as proxy server. Search Google for 'floppy firewall'.
