Since you are starting a fresh, Postfix is recommended. It is with
FC3. Postfix is easy to configure. It can be configured (basic config,
of cource) thru webmin tool. Search the LIH mail archive. There a a
good discussion on it.
You will not get compiled version of qmail You have to compile it yourself.

Other alternate may be " exim"
