friends,
i tried your suggestions.but it is not working.this
is my code and i had listed the errors thrown by
apache
also.i had given the permissions "755" for the
directory "/var/www/html" and also "644" for my
script.
but even then it is reporting error.
my code::

fwrite($filehandle,"hello friends");
fclose($filehandle);
?>
errors reported by apache::
