Depends on where you downloaded from. Even Fedora I think tries to
keep the version intact by just bumping up the release number. Newer
versions would be in Rawhide. This is good practice - there might be
other packages which goes "Requires: bind = 9.2.5".

The best way to check is to download the SRPM and see what's in there.
