Teh last time I asked VSNL helpdesk it was still working, say around a few months back. I am not sure of te exact domain name. Please call VSNL and ask them. Remember you may have to explain it to them as they have to get back to the tech team and find out since this is not a regular request. And also it works only when you are using vsnl to connect.
