exim too

1. bundle an outdated (3.x) version of exim

2. set up a horrific eximconfig script that does stupid stuff like
running it out of inetd

3. add a bunch of newbie debian users who frantically hunt for deb
packages and run scared at the very thought of ditching the package and
compiling their own version ...

makes for a lot of handholding they need on lists
