Hi All,
I want my postfix smtp gateway to do some restrictions
on sender and for this I have specified smtpd settings
in main.cf as following
smtpd_sender_restrictions
=reject_unknown_sender_domain
smtpd_client_restrictions = reject_unknown_client
Now its not functioning as how I expected. Is it bcoz
I didnt specified a reject statement along with them?
What I am trying to do is atleast making sure the user
specifies a valid domain and a correct client. So when
ever it receives a mail does a DNS lookup for them.
Also does this settings makes postfix to do a RDNS
lookup too?
