Hi all

I recently updated my debian box by apt-get update & apt-get upgrade.
Now about 590 MB of spftware is sitting in /var/cache.

Problem is my deb partiton is cramped for space(it is installed in a 4GB
partition ) & I am left with a little over 400MB free space.

Since the box has all latest apps now, is it okay to empty /var/cache/apt?
Or will it break something?
I am a newbie in this apt- things so please point out if any problems likely
to occurr.
