netqmail debs, not vanilla qmail-src

deb-src http://smarden.org/pape/Debian/ sarge unofficial
and then go on from there to apply whatever patches you want - or just
install the deb.
Bill Shupp's netqmail auth+tls patch - http://shupp.org/smtp-auth-tls/
Ted Fine's patch combines the shupp patch with virusscan -
