Not really - there's netqmail of course

It is just that djb's license forbids distribution of anything except the qmail tarball with md5sum ... which means you can't even ship modified binaries. Only patches and shell scripts to apply patches.

And if some other patch you want doesnt play well with all the other patches you have, tough luck.
