I am sorry. I do not understand your answer.

Do you have a web proxy set up on the browser that you use to try and
get to www.myweb.com? If you do, the server where the proxy (probably
squid) is running must be able to resolve www.myweb.com to your IP.
This is because your browser sends its request to the proxy which then
tries to find the IP address corresponding to the name and sending the
request.

PC ---> Web Proxy ---> Internet ---> Destination

Again, I do not understand where a server comes into the picture. You
did not mention any server before.
