Thank you Kingsly for the suggestion. The only reason I'm sticking with an AGP based motherboard is that I'd bought a Radeon 9800Pro AGP graphics card a year ago and plan to continue using that card for another year or two. I use the ATI drivers for my Radeon 9800Pro card and those drivers are pretty good. The only negative point with the ATI drivers compared to the NVIDIA drivers is that they are not as easy to install and often require some patching to get them working with newer versions of the kernel.
