Thunderbird generally allows only one SMTP server for outgoing mails.
However, there is an "Advanced" setting which says that multiple SMTP
servers may be specified by advanced users.
I have set two SMTP servers, and even if I set the 2nd as default, the
1st SMTP server is always taken for sending the mails.

How to make thunderbird use the 2nd SMTP server ? This is one feature I
have missed ever since I switched from Sylpheed.

Thanks in advance.
