Plenty of programmers on this list. But linux-india-programmers was created
for a reason, way back when, as part of the general split from one single
linux-india list .. to keep traffic on the list to a manageable level.
That way, another advantage is that only those people who are interested in
programming need to signup to LIP, and the other two lists can be left for
license wars, how to configure wifi cards (seems to have replaced "how to
configure sis 6216 cards" now) etc.
