hi!, I have been using windows and p2p on it, and i m aware of the spyware and virus nuisance on it.
my intention of writing mail and asking guruz abt installing p2p is only coz, i want my linux box to be safe and secured. Though i wish to use p2p, if it going to crap-up my linux setup, then i might as well not use it on it. I want to start using linux in my day to day work too, and be less dependent on windows. and unless i get a bit of guidance frm u guyz, it would take me some time to have that confidence in using linux. I tried configuring Net, and some other things and felt better. but as there r a few good readable books available on p2p, and which i wish to download i had written this mail. Ratnakar --- "Rohan R.
