Dev

Mine is a small office network with 256 KBPS Broadband link to which I
want to add one or two more similar links for load-sharing & fault-
tolerance.

Do ISPs provide BGP to the broadband customer termination? Anyone with
knowledge of actual practice in this respect. I don't remember seeing a
single BGP packet on my link. I think that BGP is terminating on
Perimeter routers of the ISP...Comments?

I use IPcop for my Firewall & Internet Gateway, though am still to
protect outbound connections. Way planning to use iproute2 for load
partitioning on that box itself. Any pros on discarding the IPcop and
using a minimal linux install with Quagga or any other Zebra fork or any
other software?

Can people suggest a few models that they have experience with for a
similar application?

With best regards & thanks.
Sanjay.
