Google for solution to this problem. Or look up archives of LIH or ILUG-Delhi. Or better still linuxprinting.org I had faced this problem in past and worked as per solution given at linuxprinting.org. Basically the printer has to be "command" initialised once evry time it is powered on and then printing proceeds normally.
