when you have a long name .. use initials :)

about rootkit detection? well, you have the usual ways, checksumming,
checking for open ports, mounting /tmp so that people can't upload
rootkits to it, auditing other stuff (php / perl applications like
phpnuke, awstats, contact forms etc) that are on the server for anything
that'd leave it open to cross site scripting or upload holes ..

And the usual toolkits - nessus, saint, satan etc
