hi,

we r using m$ isa server at our internet gateway. now i want to put a
squid behind isa server. squid is running on debian sarge.

i took the default squid.conf and added the cache_peer line. now when
i try to use squid and open http://www.google.co.in.. it opens without
a hitch. but when enter something and try to search.. it returns an
error saying "Unable to determine IP address from host name for
www.google.co.in".

my question is if squid could resolve the name the first time, why not
the second time?
am i doing something plain silly here??

thanks
lazylabs
