"Page cannot be displayed" is an error which is generally seen in Internet
Explorer. Did you get "Connection Refused" by any chance? Also, if you're
using a different machine then try entering the IP Address of the machine
instead of localhost (e.g. http://192.168.0.1:8080). Also check the logs
and see if the server has started using ps -ax
