spamhaus.org lists IP for 2 reasons primarily, 1. if they send spam or 2. if viruses originate from that IP If you sendmail server is a open relay, please close it. If not check if any of your machines inside are sending out viruses (i.e. they are attacked by viruses). If you are on dynamic IP and the IP changes each time you dial (or login) there is little you can do except making your sendmail server send mails through the ISP's mail server. If you are on static IP a proper firewall and an antivirus software at server end can help a lot.
