one other improvement - stop using random IPs to setup your LAN - use
only rfc1918 IPs - 10.xxx.xxx.xxx, 192.168.xxx.xxx, 172.16.xxx.xxx to
172.31.xxx.xxx

That "152.8.8.54" etc IP space you're using belongs to a university in
North Carolina. Find whoever set up your LAN and hang him, or maybe
fire him - that'll be a very useful first step to fix things like this.
