You are right Surjo there is a tally linux version but will work only
under RHEL 4. (May be Centos4??)

Better to migrate out once and be done with your data being locking
you in to a vendor/program. Some ne once suggested an interesting way
to migrate out by using the print files with scripting to create new
data entry. May be some Guru somewhere will look in to this.

Weberp / SQLledger are decent alternates.
