An update, finally I was able to get to the pre-registration form, entered the data and chose to pay by credit card. I clicked on the submit button expecting the next form asking for credit card info. Instead, I got an error message "Merchant ID is null or invalid. Transaction cannot proceed" The error message suggest that credit card info should have been entered in the pre-reg page itself. Only one problem, there are no input fields in the form for the usual credit card info. Oh well, another well designed and tested web application.
