Anybody Successfully runing any Linux Distribution with "Xorg" on a
"Dell Latitude D820"

I have a DELL E1750 and it runs all variants of Linux without any major problem
I would assume your model would be fine too. Do remember these days there is
hardly any laptop or desktop where the core distribution wouldnt work. The fun
starts in the peripherals. For example it was very painful to get the Wifi
working in mine - latest Ubuntu autodetects without a problem. I am yet to find
any distro which can handle the 13 in one media reader properly - including
Windows.
