There are more such resources available at http://www.archive.org/details/education . Also check out "ArsDigita University" video lectures on that page, some of the lectures are excellent. But, unfortunately they're encoded in properietary Real codecs :(, except for a video of talk given by RMS, which is available in Theora :).
