tproxy is truely transparent proxy. Squid transparent proxy setup is just 
transparent to the client user and the application where as the tproxy 
(which is a patch to the linux kernel), in addition to the above, it also 
retains the source address of the client. So the proxy is transparent to the 
client application as well as to the origin server.

To setup a tproxy you would need to patch the linux kernel and setup squid 
in tproxy mode.
