Possibly IRCTC.CO.IN is running Broadvision portals version 6

http://www.broadvision.com/bvsn/bvcom/ep/programView.do?pageTypeId=8155&programPage=%2Fjsp%2Fwww%2Fcontent%2FgeneralContentBody.jsp&programId=8301&channelId=-9482&BV_SessionID=NNNN2046834306.1231346922NNNN&BV_EngineID=ccccaddmmjlelhlcefecefedgfhdfnf.0

Here is the method for detecting http://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/
See the error generated and refer to the bv60.dll file above.

And this is what the spec sheet of BV Portal 8.0 says
-------
BroadVision Portal 8.0 is based on a J2EE service-oriented architecture
(SOA) methodology and leverages a pre-tested, pre-integrated open
source stack for the highest level of performance and lowest total cost
of ownership (TCO).
--------
Possibly the above pre-integrated OSS refers to tomcat.

The webserver is Windoz Server on IIS http://www.irctc.co.in/xx
Same seems to be the case with www.railtourismindia.com, the only
difference seems to be change of name of bv60.dll in the URL to
dev1.dll ;-D (the poor developer left his sign) and can be replaced
with bv60.dll for a rather dull generic error page. Seems debugging
code (?) is still there. But here display of BV Portal error messages
asl visible on irctc.co.in, seems to have been turned off.

Maybe someone will comment on the DB
