You'll be very disappointed if you actually wanted to use such a device as a
phone.

Sucks as a phone though very long boot times.. very poor battery life(1-2
days??).

The Android phones are probably your best bet if you really want to tinker
around with the OS/Apps on the phone. But they are pretty pricey too.

I've been looking around for a phone that can do wifi+SIP at minimum (GPS
would be a nice plus) And The most affordable phones with Wifi/GPS seem to be
from Nokia ~12-15k and they don't come with USB charging (something my last 2
phones have had and even the el-cheapo ~INR3k standby phone I'm currently using
comes with.)
