Knowledge of e-mails headers probably isn't particularly useful for an 
ordinary Linux user either.  Since you seemed interested, I pointed you 
at the documents that would help you gain information.  I'd be glad to 
explain any part (as Suresh did) which isn't immediately available 
through a Google search.  If you want a customised tutorial instead of 
doing some work yourself, I'd be glad to provide that too for a moderate 
fee.

Apparently your terminal isn't displaying Devanagri text correctly.
