[LI] Ripple effect

Hi all,

I had read once abt the ripple effect on the desktop. anybody any idea how its 
done? Also It seems RH 6.0 frm Chip doesn't load up Xsnow, Xearth etc. so does 
that mean I'll have to upgrade these frm the RH 5.2 frm PCQ?
