hi everyone,
my linux native partition is hdb1 ( 1.2 gb ) and my hda is 8.4 gb...
it has 6 partitions and i want hda9 to be made a linux partition and to
be mounted each time i mount the hdb1 so that i can shift my /home
directory there and hence free up some space on hdb1. my hdb1 is 1120 mb
and hdb5 is 80 mb... my hda9 is 1gb... can it be done as i am falling
short of space...
if it is possible can i shift some other system directories there
like /usr also ...
i dont want to mount hda9 as dos partition as it does not support
long file names.
expecting a reply as soon as possible
thank you
bye
