Put it as AT&FX1S10=250DT as UR dial string leave ATZ as modem init.
Explaination: AT - Attention
&F - Restore factory setting
X1 - Dial blind, most modems will not recognise indian dial
tone
S10=250 time out set to 250 mSec for pulse tone
DT - Dial on Tone (DP for Pulse dial)
ATZ - reset, USe default setup

clues ;-)
