Two things, first look if you have changed any thing in the fstab file. like 
the remote dir you are exporting could have been changed, may be by mistake. If 
this is OK, try mounting from command line. Next look at the messages on the 
nfs server, see if there is any error, also look the /etc/exports in the nfs 
server.
