[LI] Welcome message

Hi,

I wanted to know whether there is any way to change the message one gets at
the login prompt ?
I mean, before logging in ...
It usually says: Red Hat Linux Operating System Hedwig ......."
I managed to change the message after logging in, through linuxconf but
please help me in changing the standard one ...
